World Suicide Prevention Day 2017 campaign

To Write love On Her Arms

The phrase ‘Stay. Find what you were made for’ was featured in my book When Hope Speaks. To Write Love On Her Arms used this phrase as their slogan for National Suicide Prevention Week 2017, using the hashtag #IWasMadeFor.

This video and associated images were created by TWLOHA, and spread a message of hope and help to 20 countries. The campaign was supported by Jon Foreman, Dustin Kensrue (Thrice), Brandi Cyrus and Debby Ryan, and was reported on by Associated Press, Just Jared Junior and Teen Vogue.

According to the World Health Organization, 800,000 people die by suicide each year. That's one person every 40 seconds. World Suicide Prevention Day is Sunday, September 10. Our message this year is simple: Stay. Find what you were made for. To find help, learn more, or get involved, please visit: http://www.twloha.com/iwasmadefor Video by Dustin Miller.

‘Stay’ merchandise is currently available through the TWLOHA online store.

The phrase “You are enough” was taken by TWLOHA from my blog “Beautiful. Loved. Enough” and used as a slogan on merchandise.
